It is not suitable for individuals with extensions, braids, dreadlocks, or wigs. The massage involved in the treatment is designed to stimulate the scalp, which could potentially disrupt or damage these styles.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. A card will be required at the time of booking to hold your appointment,
but will not be charged until day of service. Your information is stored in case of cancellations or failure to make the appointment.

It is totally up to the client discretion, we supply a blow dryer post treatment if the client would like to dry their hair afterwards & we supply a complimentary clip for the client to take with them if they would prefer to pin their hair up.
